You must be the bill payer or have the bill payers permission to call any numbers listed on this site.
Calls to 1900 999 555 cost $3.52 per minute (inclusive of GST). Calls from a mobile or pay phone may cost more. The service is for over 18s only. You must be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to call. Maximum call time is 60 minutes. The service is provided by talk2me: debrief your day Pty Ltd.
If you are using the credit card service, you will call 1300 36 33 23. You will then enter your credit card details and be through connected to the first available Debriefing Counsellor.
Calls may be recorded and you must be 18 or older to use the service. This service is provided for debriefing and support purposes only.
You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
You must not use our website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.
You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to our website without our express written consent.
You must not use our website for any purposes related to marketing without our express written consent.
ALL DEBRIEFING SESSIONS ARE FOR SUPPORT PURPOSES ONLY and do not in any way constitute medical, financial, legal, personal or any sort of professional advice. By engaging in a Debriefing Session or using this site, you understand that we do not provide recommendations, advice or give any directions specific to your job or situation. A Counsellor, for example, may from time to time offer psycho-educational information of a general nature but this does not constitute advice. A Counsellor will not diagnose illnesses or conditions and will reserve the right to refer you to another service if needed.
We do not refer, endorse, recommend, verify, evaluate or guarantee any services provided by Counsellors, and nothing shall be considered as a referral, endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of any Counsellor. We do not warrant the validity, accuracy, completeness, safety, legality, quality, or applicability of the content or anything said or written by any Counsellor or any advice provided. We will not be liable for any damages sustained due to reliance by you on such information provided by any Counsellor.
By using the services of talk2me: debrief your day you are agreeing to take full responsibility for maintaining your own safety whilst talking to the Counsellor. We will not be liable for any damages sustained due to you using the services of talk2me: debrief your day whilst driving a motor vehicle or operating any form of machinery.
Under no circumstances will talk2me: debrief your day be liable for any lost profits, lost opportunity or any indirect, consequential, incidental, special punitive or exemplary damages arising out of the requested service. Regardless of whether you have been apprised of the likelihood of such damages occurring and regardless of the form of action, whether in Contract, Warranty, Torts - including Negligence - strict liability or otherwise.
Counsellors are not our employees and the provision of any of the service by a Counsellor shall be directly between you and the Counsellor. You and the Counsellor are solely responsible for the conversations which occur while a Counsellor is providing any services.
Counsellors reserve the right to discontinue providing the service if any caller behaves in any way deemed by the Counsellor to be sexually inappropriate or abusive.
talk2me: debrief your day fully investigates every session that results in negative feedback. If action is required we speak directly with the Counsellor in question.
